The Well
"Truth lies at the bottom of a well."
16 century proverb
With the light in the east
and bearing containers
both empty and full
we walk to the well
where women for ever
have gathered and gossiped
rested and hidden
shared babies and bodies
death and transitions
braiding hair
smoothing cloaks
soothing tears
singing laughter
praying hope
we re-member our Selves.
Look deep in the well
for Her nourishing answer
see your reflection
in shimmering water
shelter in shadows
share divine healing.
The sun passes over
graces the west
we dip and fill jars.
Now both laden and lighter
we return to familiar
stronger and hopeful
walk away from the well
re-enter our lives.

Roz Bound is an intuitive energy healer whose life is full of inner wisdom and magical synchronicities. She is guided by Spirit as are we all. After living and working for years in Canada, South America and the Caribbean as a Life Coach and teacher of children and adults, she recently lived by the sea in her native England for five seasons, writing poetry and studying Esoteric Soul Healing. This has given her natural healing ability a structure and a language to share with you.
